Aroldis Chapman Notches 18th Save
3 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Aroldis Chapman picked up his 18th save of the season in Saturday's win over the Red Sox. Chapman surrendered a walk and a hit, at one point dealing with runners on second and third, but he struck out a pair to notch the save. The hard-throwing lefty was able to generate a solid 31 percent CSW despite his decreased spin rates. Chapman has surrendered just one run over his last six innings and can be trusted by fantasy managers moving forward. However, he is certainly not the top-three closing option he was earlier in the season.
