Aroldis Chapman Exits After Just One Batter
6 years agoAfter just one batter and one pitch to the second batter, New York Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman exited Tuesday night’s game against the Miami Marlins. With just six pitches under his belt, the fireballer motioned to the dugout for the trainer and he was immediately removed from the game, After the game, which the Yankees won, manager Aaron Boone stated it was a knee issue for Chapman, an ailment that has bothered the 30-year-old in the past. Boone also stated he would “probably” head for an MRI before any possible move to the disabled stint would be made.
