Antonio Gibson Disappoints In Week 4
2 years agoWashington Commanders running back Antonio Gibson had 13 carries for 49 yards along with three receptions for 14 yards in Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The third-year back, once again, had a rough day on the ground as he averaged under four yards per carry for the third straight week. Unfortunately, in this performance, there was no touchdown scored to make up for the rough totals. The 24-year-old's usage in this game is concerning for what might be on the horizon, with Brian Robinson likely returning to action for Week 5. The backfield was split between Gibson, Jonathan Williams, and J.D. McKissic with Gibson being the least efficient runner of the bunch. Prior to Week 5, it would be wise for fantasy managers to try and move off the former college receiver before Robinson returns to the field.
