The Los Angeles Angels are adding 2020 fifth-rounder Adam Seminaris to their 60-man player pool on Thursday, according to sources. The left-hander from Long Beach State won't be an option to pitch for the Angels during the shortened 60-game season, but his addition to the player pool will allow the club's minor league staff to develop him amid the coronavirus pandemic. Seminaris has a four-pitch mix and uses all of his pitches to his advantage. He usually sits at 88-90 mph with his fastball and tops out at 93 mph, but he commands his heater well and has deception in his delivery. The southpaw also includes a mid-70s curveball, a low-80s slider and plus changeup. Seminaris has a limited ceiling as a starter in the big leagues, but he could also profile in relief in a worst-case scenario.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
