Andrew Copp Extends Point Streak With Overtime Goal
3 years agoNew York Rangers forward Andrew Copp finished off the job Wednesday against Detroit, scoring his 15th goal of the season 1:34 into overtime for a 5-4 win. He had five total shots in the game and was a solid plus-two for the night. Copp has done extremely well since moving to New York and has yet to finish pointless in six outings. He started things off with three assists in his debut and has now amassed 10 points in total during his streak. The 27-year-old grinder, who boasts 42 points in 61 games for the whole campaign, should be snapped up from the waiver wire if he's available.
