1 year agoArizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher Andrew Chafin notched his eighth save of the season in Monday's 7-5 win over the Rockies. Chafin entered the game in the top of the ninth inning up by two runs with two outs and a runner on first, promptly ending the game with a strikeout. It was odd that Chafin was not called upon to start the inning, although he did pitch the day before. The veteran has provided fantasy value this season, converting all but two save opportunities with a 3.10 ERA and 13.72 K/9. He is worth a roster spot in at least all rotisserie leagues at this time.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
