Amed Rosario Smacks Home Run In Loss
5 years agoThe New York Mets dropped their second consecutive game in Philadelphia as another late-inning pitching collapse erased a lead. The offense did their part, scoring four runs in the first three innings. One of those runs came off the bat of shortstop Amed Rosario, who drilled a solo home run in the second, his ninth of the season. Rosario has been in the news recently has the Mets have reportedly considered moving him to center field to fill their need at that position. Following his home run, the 23-year-old is now batting .261 with nine home runs and 40 RBI.
