Alvin Kamara Should Be Started Despite Tough Matchup
5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara gets a tough matchup against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 15. It's been a disappointing season for Kamara owners though it hasn't been due to his lack of opportunity. The 24-year-old has averaged 17.4 touches per game since returning from injury, which is pretty much a workhorse role. He's been producing more RB2 numbers, topping 70 scrimmage yards in four of those five games. With a no-touchdown streak spanning eight games, Kamara will take on a Colts Defense that has allowed only six touchdowns to running backs, third-fewest in the NFL. Given how talented Kamara is, he needs to be in starting lineups- it seems like a matter of time before he finds his way into the end zone.
