4 years agoNew York Rangers forward Alexis Lafreniere collected two points (one goal, one assists) in his team's 4-1 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Friday. The 19-year-old, who is looking more comfortable by the day as his rookie campaign comes to a close, also recorded a plus-one rating, two shots and one hit in 17:49 of ice time in the contest. As expected due to his youth, Lafreniere hasn't been very fantasy relevant in his debut campaign but has flashed the tremendous offensive skill that made him the first overall draft pick before the season. He's posted 16 points (nine goals, seven assists), 58 shots and 37 hits in 48 games in 2020-2021 and should take another leap forward next season.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
