New York Rangers winger Alexis Lafreniere (upper body) is considered day-to-day. He could miss his first game of the season on Tuesday versus Montreal after picking up an upper-body injury. Lafreniere has feasted next to the red-hot Artemi Panarin this season, logging six points (three goals, three assists) in five games. Matt Rempe practiced in Lafreniere's spot on the second line on Monday. Rempe has a completely different profile as a player and can't be expected to have the same impact as Lafreniere. Jonny Brodzinski will be Lafreniere's likely replacement on the second power-play unit if he can't play on Tuesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
