New York Rangers goaltender Alexandar Georgiev will get his fourth start of the season against the visiting Carolina Hurricanes on Monday night. The Bulgarian rookie has only managed a single win but has a respectable .930 save percentage since being called up from the AHL late last month. It is unclear what Georgiev's roll will be with the club moving forward. He is a capable backup, but with Henrik Lundqvist signed for three more years and better prospects coming down the pipeline, Georgiev might not get many starts in the coming years. At any rate, he is a risky play for the rest of this season on a Rangers team committed to the rebuild.--Barry Miles
