Alex Collins Struggles In Week 8
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins had a solid game a few weeks ago, but he failed again in Week 8 against the Jacksonville Jaguars to replicate that performance. Collins had 10 carries for 44 yards on the day, and that was all that he added in the team's 31-7 win. After dominating the team's running back touches for the last two weeks, Collins was splitting the touches much more this week. He had just 10 of the 23 running back touches. However, he was the only one with more than 12 total yards on the day. Until teammate Chris Carson (neck) is able to return from his injury, Collins will likely remain the lead back, but his fantasy value has rapidly dwindled.
