Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov (lower body) will remain out of the lineup for Friday's contest versus the visiting Minnesota Wild. The all-world pivot missed Wednesday's overtime loss to the Red Wings, and Panthers head coach Paul Maurice stated that Barkov will not go against the Wild if he is not 100 percent healthy. It's been a big season for the Finn, as Barkov has recorded 11 goals and 46 points on 117 shots across 40 games on the campaign, even with a diminished 19:21 of ice time per game -- nearly a minute less per contest than a season ago. Anton Lundell skated between Sam Reinhart and Eetu Luostarinen in Barkov's absence on Wednesday, while Sam Bennett moved back onto the No. 1 power-play unit.--Brenton Kemp
