Adrian Peterson, Jamison Crowder, Paul Richardson Sit Out
6 years agoWashington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson (ankle, knee, shoulder) and wide receivers Jamison Crowder (ankle) and Paul Richardson (knee) all sat out of practice on Wednesday. Peterson has been banged up for a few weeks now but continues to play. He'll remain a high-volume RB2, but his ceiling will be lowered a bit with the expected return of Chris Thompson in Week 7 against Dallas. Crowder is "iffy" to play this Sunday and is unlikely to practice until Friday. You shouldn't have plans to use him in your lineups this weekend. Richardson had his second touchdown of the year last Sunday but remains an unattractive WR4/flex in this weak passing offense under quarterback Alex Smith.
