Adonai Mitchell A Risky Fantasy Play In Week 12
26 seconds agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell made a splash in Week 10 without Michael Pittman Jr. (six catches, 71 yards) but reverted to his status as the No. 4 receiver in Week 11 (one catch, 33 yards) and will assume that role again in Week 12 with a fully healthy receiving corps. The 22-year-old has speed and uses it for deep targets, sitting just outside the top 10 WRs in aDOT (14.2). However, without volume and with a notoriously inaccurate QB, the former second-round draft pick makes for a very risky fantasy play. If you're looking for a reason to use him, there is a strong possibility that as seven-point underdogs, the Colts will be trying to keep pace with the Lions for the entire game, which could mean a few additional deep targets for the rookie wideout. The product out of the University of Texas is a WR5/6 dart throw, even in a week with six teams on bye.
