5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright pitched three good innings in Friday's Grapefruit League start against the New York Mets. Wainwright allowed just one run on four hits and a walk while striking out two. Wainwright showed that he still had plenty left in the tank last season, and should again be a solid, consistent part of the Cardinals starting rotation. He's worth a depth spot in deeper mixed leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
