Adam Conley Has A Rough Day On Tuesday
4 years agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Adam Conley had an awful outing in Tuesday's exhibition game against the Atlanta Braves. Conley ended up getting just one out, but allowed four runs on three hits and two walks. He also allowed both runners he inherited to score, leading to an eight-run inning. Conley has shown promising signs in the past and was legitimately good in 2018, but a 6.53 ERA last season has likely put him on a short leash. While he's fully expected to be on the Opening Day roster, if Conley continues to struggle, he may be one of the roster casualties when the roster goes from 30 to 28 players. He has no fantasy value at this point.
