Kansas City Royals middle infielder Adalberto Mondesi did all the heavy lifting to get the team to extra innings on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough to push through to the win. Mondesi went 4-for-5 while driving in both of the team's runs, and he even stole a base. Mondesi has proven to be better than expected by hitting .284 so far this season while chipping seven home runs and stealing 22 bases in just 211 plate appearances. Since he's shown he can play at this level, fantasy owners should expect a lot from him next season.
