The former MVP had a solid showing last week against a stout Tampa Bay defense but still finished outside the top 12 for fantasy purposes. Rodgers has an easier matchup this week against a New England defense that has tied for the sixth-most fantasy points per game allowed to the opposing quarterback through the first three weeks. However, there may not be a need for Green Bay to pass at a high rate, with the Patriots missing starting quarterback Mac Jones (ankle), leaving veteran Brian Hoyer as the starter. The game script could lead to the 39-year-old having another efficient stat line, but one that disappoints fantasy managers.
