Aaron Judge Takes On-Field Batting Practice
5 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge (oblique) resumed on-field batting practice on Thursday at the team's spring training facilities, but he's taking his rehab day-by-day and isn't putting a timetable on his return. Judge strained his left oblique on April 20 but is now pain-free, and manager Aaron Boone said Wednesday that the slugger could return in time for the London series against the Red Sox that begins on June 29. The 27-year-old has played in only 20 games this year and was hitting .288/.404/.521 with five home runs and 11 RBI. Fantasy owners can do nothing but sit back and wait for his elite power to return to their lineups.
