Aaron Hicks Has Three-Hit Game Thursday
2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks swung the bat well in Thursday's 4-2 road win over the Toronto Blue Jays, going 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI. It was Hicks' first multi-hit game in May, and he's now batting .261 (6-for-23) with two doubles, a home run, four RBI and five runs scored in 10 games this month. The 33-year-old switch-hitter has picked things up at the plate lately, but overall he's still slashing a disappointing .194/.270/.269 with two doubles, a homer, five RBI and nine runs scored in 27 total games. Perhaps his better play recently will allow him to get into New York's lineup more often. As a part-time player, Hicks' fantasy ceiling is limited.
