Florida Panthers defenseman Aaron Ekblad pulled off a big performance Thursday night against Anaheim, helping the team to a 5-4 overtime victory from a four-goal deficit. The Cats became the second team in NHL history to overcome a deficit of four-plus goals to win a game multiple times in a season, with Ekblad scoring his second goal of the game in OT and producing one assist. Brett Connolly got the ball rolling with a pair of goals near the end of the second period, Jonathan Huberdeau and Aleksander Barkov both tallied two assists. Ekblad had just two points this month prior to his Thursday's outbreak. He's up to 13 points in 21 games for the season. The former first-overall pick has yet to reach the 40-point mark in a season, but he's currently on pace for a 50-point year in 2019-20.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
