A.J. Brown Has Quiet Night During Blowout Victory
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught 3-of-6 targets and gained 22 yards during the team's 38-7 playoff victory over the New York Giants. The 25-year-old had a quiet night, drawing coverage from Adoree' Jackson, but opened up teammate DeVonta Smith to have a successful night in his stead. Philadelphia did not need to pass much in this game, tallying just 154 passing yards all night, so it was tough for multiple Eagles receivers to have a successful fantasy performance. Brown will be a much more vital part of the game plan next week against either Dallas or San Francisco in the NFC Championship game. Dallas would be the better matchup for the fourth-year receiver, but he would still be considered a top-tier option against the 49ers.
