4 years agoThe 49ers Defense gave up 24 points to the Arizona Cardinals in a Week 1 loss. It wasn't a horrible performance overall, but the team struggled to contain Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, especially in the run game as Murray tallied 91 rushing yards and a score. While the 49ers did come up with an interception on Murray, it was their only forced turnover in the game. They also added two sacks. The 49ers defense should have better days ahead, including next week, when they face Sam Darnold and the New York Jets.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
