4 years agoThe 49ers Defense got absolutely destroyed by Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Miami Dolphins in Week 5. The 49ers surrendered a total of 43 points in the game while Fitzpatrick completed 22 of 28 passes for 350 yards and three touchdowns. The 49ers came up with two sacks in the game, but were unable to record any turnovers. The blowout 43-17 victory for the Dolphins was one of the biggest surprises of Week 5. The 49ers have had a number of injuries to their defense this year, but they had still performed well before this week. With a tough matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6 looming, the 49ers Defense can be dropped in all leagues at this point.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
