NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Cardinals vs. Seahawks Thursday Night Showdown

Trey Benson - Fantasy Football Rankings, RB, NFL Draft Sleepers,

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Seahawks vs. Cardinals TNF slate for Week 4 Thursday Night Football (Sept. 25, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! Monday Night Football was a shootout as expected. I unfortunately did not have enough Jahmyr Gibbs, though, and that hurt me. The Lions pushed the run game a lot more than I thought they would. They were able to secure the win, though, and send the Ravens packing.

The best part of the NFL schedule is that we have only two days off between Monday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, so we are back at it tonight as the Cardinals travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks in a battle of 2-1 teams with something to prove. Arizona dropped its first contest of the season in Week 3 to the 49ers, while the Seahawks won their second straight with a blowout victory over New Orleans. Tonight's winner will move to 3-1 on the year and position themselves for contention in the NFC West with San Francisco.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Thursday Night Football in Week 4 -- Cardinals vs. Seahawks on September 25, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Jaxon Smith-Njigba - WR, $16.5K (DK), $19.5K (FD)

Jaxon Smith-Njiba has been one of the best WRs in the league, and it helps when Sam Darnold doesn't have much else to throw to. He is averaging 9.7 targets a game and catching 7.2 of them while averaging 107 yards per game in the first three games of the season. In Week 3, he got game-scripted out pretty early but was still able to finish with five receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown.

The Seahawks should have a much closer matchup here against their division rival. This should lead to more targets for JSN, who has a good matchup against Kei'Trel Clark, whom he should be lining up the most against. Clark is giving up .30 fantasy points per route run this season, and with someone who is targeted as much as JSN, this could once again be another big game for him.

Trey McBride - TE, $14.7K (DK), $16.2K (FD)

I'm surprised we are getting McBride as the fifth-highest-priced guy on the slate. He has shown himself to be Kyler Murray's favorite target this season with a near 30% reception share. He is being targeted 9.2 times a game, and lucky for us, he gets an elite matchup against a Seahawks defense that gives up the most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season.

McBride found the endzone in last week's loss to the 49ers. With the loss of James Conner in this offense, they may rely on the passing game more to get the job done here. McBride is in too good a spot to fail here, and he should be highly owned for tonight's game. He makes for an elite option in the MVP slot at his price.

Other Captains/MVPs: Sam Darnold, Kyler Murray

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Trey Benson - RB, $8.8K (DK), $9.2K (FD)

The unfortunate injury to James Conner has propelled Trey Benson into a full-time role as the RB1. He gets a solid matchup here against the Seahawks, who haven't allowed any touchdowns to RBs this season. But RBs who are involved in the receiving game, like Benson, have fared well against the Seahawks.

The Seahawks have given up the second-most receptions to RBs and the most yardage to RBs by a large margin this season. In the last two weeks, Benson has been targeted 10 times and has caught seven of them. The Seahawks' defensive line has been able to cause pressure on the quarterback. This gives plenty of reason for Kyler Murray to check down to his RBs.

Sam Darnold - WR, $10K (DK), $12K (FD)

If, for some reason, Zach Charbonnet doesn't play, then plug in Kenneth Walker III. With it looking like Charbonnet is coming back, I'm going to pivot to the passing game. There is so much unknown with the run situation in Seattle, so I'm going to avoid that debacle and stick with Sam Darnold.

Darnold has looked much better in his last two games; he has had two touchdowns in each of them. With how well receivers have done against this Cardinals secondary, Darnold could end up spreading the ball around. This could result in a bigger game from him; the only downside with Darnold is that he has pretty much no run game.

Other Flex Options: Kyler Murray, Kenneth Walker III, Marvin Harrison Jr.

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Greg Dortch - WR, $3.2K (DK), $3K (FD)

Unfortunately for the Cardinals, they also lost Zay Jones. Jones was the WR3 for this team, and although he wasn't seeing a lot of targets. The loss of his snaps on the field opens it up quite a bit for Greg Dortch. Dortch hasn't been a factor in any of the first three games, but there are quite a few targets up for grabs, and Dortch is dirt cheap.

If Dortch gets involved in this offense, we are going to be getting incredible value on him.

Tory Horton - WR, $5.8K (DK), $5.4K (FD)

Tory Horton has had back-to-back weeks with a touchdown and seems to be getting more involved in this offense. He has been targeted four times in each of his last two games. The Cardinals' defense has given up the most targets and receptions to WRs this season. We are getting solid value on Horton, and if he finds the endzone, that would be huge for us.

Other Value Options: Seattle Seahawks D/ST, Jake Myers, Michael Wilson

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for tonight's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups tonight.
