Buccaneers Won't Rest Players In Week 18
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said that the team doesn't plan on resting anyone in Week 18 against the Carolina Panthers with playoff seeding still in play. "There is no balance, brother. You play to win. We're not resting anybody," Arians said. The Bucs have already clinched the NFC South title, but their playoff seeding is still up in the air, depending on Week 18 results. Arians says the team won't rest any players now, but they could end up playing their starters for a quarter or two before sitting them for the rest of the game. Tampa's running backs Ronald Jones II (ankle) and Ke'Shawn Vaughn (ribs) are beat up, too, so there's a chance that neither of them plays this Sunday.
