Chase Edmonds Leads Cardinals With 53 Rushing Yards
3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds returned from Injured Reserve in Week 15 after missing the previous four games. Edmonds was eased back into the Cardinals game plan, seeing only six touches in a shocking loss to the Detroit Lions. Despite the limited usage, Edmonds led the team with 53 rushing yards. Edmonds should see his usage increase as he gets more comfortable in his return from injury. Teammate James Conner has been terrific this season, though, likely holding onto lead-back duties for the remainder of the year. But with the fast-paced Arizona offense and his versatile skillset, Edmonds should still be considered a low-end RB2 in the right matchups. Next up for Edmonds and the Cardinals are the Indianapolis Colts in Week 16.
