Jake Fromm Could Get His Shot Soon
3 years agoAccording to NJ Advance Media's Zack Rosenblatt, it seems inevitable that New York Giants quarterback Jake Fromm will start a game for the team before the end of the season. The second-year QB hasn't seen a snap in an NFL game and wasn't on New York's roster a month ago. The G-Men have lost Mike Glennon's two starts by a combined 27 points, and Daniel Jones' neck injury could keep him out the rest of the year. Glennon has completed only half of his passes and has a 61.4 QB rating the last two weeks. But Fromm hasn't shown enough in practices to give coaches the confidence that he's ready to start. The 23-year-old will surely struggle if he gets into a game, but the Giants don't have anything to lose at this point. Their season has completely gone off the rails, and it's hard to put much trust in any of their offensive weapons in fantasy as a result.
