3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler (hip) told ESPN that he will be taking the field for the team's Week 8 game against the New England Patriots. He has been dealing with hip soreness that came up in practice this past week, but the team had been hopeful over the past few days that he'd be able to play, despite his questionable tag. Ekeler should be confidently started as an RB1 in all fantasy leagues. He's coming off of his worst game of the year, but he should be heavily featured in Week 8 and he has a good chance of adding to his seven touchdowns on the year.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
