Damien Harris Could Have Reduced Role
3 years agoNew England Patriots running back Damien Harris might've peaked during the season opener. He rushed 23 times for 100 yards in the close loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 1. Sadly, Harris lost a fumble, which ended up costing the Patriots the game. It sounds like the team could reduce his role going forward after that mistake. Rookie Rhamondre Stevenson fumbled as well, which means J.J. Taylor might be the lead back versus the New York Jets in Week 2. This is a favorable matchup for whoever gets the carries on Sunday, but it's tough to know who to trust. Fantasy managers should consider Harris a low-end RB2 for this matchup, but don't expect anywhere near the same amount of usage from Harris.
