3 years agoKansas City Royals shortstop Adalberto Mondesi had a fantastic game in his return from an extended stay on the injured list on Wednesday. He went 2-for-5 with a home run, a stolen base and two runs scored. He also struck out three times in the game. Mondesi had been on the shelf with an oblique injury for over two months. Wednesday's game was just his 11th game with the Royals this year as he's been hampered by multiple injuries. The 26-year-old started at designated hitter on Wednesday and the team may regularly play him there to help keep him healthy. Mondesi should be rostered in all fantasy leagues as he has a chance to give fantasy managers a big boost in steals over the final weeks of the year while also providing some power.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
