Rashaad Penny Makes The Final Roster
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny lived to fight another day after surviving the team's final roster cuts on Tuesday. He was one of the team's five running backs that were kept. Penny is in the final year of his four-year rookie contract that he signed back in 2018, and he's hoping to put together a full year of production after dealing injuries and inconsistencies over the last three seasons. The former first-round selection saw just 11 carries for 34 yards last season before being placed on Injured Reserve. He'll be scrapping for touches with the other three backups behind starter Chris Carson, so it remains to be seen how much fantasy value he will have moving forward.
