Clayton Kershaw Expected To Return In September
3 years agoOn Thursday, Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters that he expects starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (forearm) to return "sometime in September." The news comes one day after Roberts told reporters that Kershaw was in "idle mode." Kershaw has been sidelined since July 7 with forearm inflammation. We should get a more clear estimate for his return within the next few weeks, but fantasy managers at least have a general idea of when to expect Kershaw back now. Kershaw was off to a great start to the year before going on the shelf. Over 18 starts this year, he's gone 9-7 with a 3.39 ERA and a 0.98 WHIP.
