Kris Bubic Notches Second Straight Quality Start
3 years agoKansas City Royals pitcher Kris Bubic had another strong outing in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Chicago White Sox. Bubic pitched six innings and allowed five hits, one walk and two earned runs while striking out three. It was his second straight quality start and he has now allowed just four earned runs over his last 18 innings. Bubic got off to a strong start to the year before struggling to the tune of a 9.16 ERA in June. He was moved to the bullpen after his struggles, but he has made his way back into the rotation since. He's a potential streaming option in deep fantasy leagues right now. His next start will again be against the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday.
