Boston Red Sox relief pitcher Matt Barnes locked down his 15th save of the season against the Atlanta Braves Sunday, one day after blowing a lead against the Toronto Blue Jays. Barnes did allow a run in this outing, and he has allowed the opposition to score in three of his last four appearances. He now has a 3.07 ERA for the year, which is higher than average for a top closer, but his strong 0.78 WHIP and 52 strikeouts in 28 1/3 innings make him an excellent fantasy play despite recent shakiness.--Doug Goldring
