4 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Jake Odorizzi (forearm) had a strong rehab outing at Triple-A on Monday. He pitched 4 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing five singles and no walks while striking out seven. Odorizzi told reporters that he is "ready to go" after the start. He will most likely make his next start for the Astros. Odorizzi was first placed on the injured list in late April after suffering a forearm strain. He made just three starts this year before hitting the injured list, pitching eight innings and allowing 10 hits, three walks and nine earned runs while striking out 11.
