Nolan Gorman Has Four Hits At Double-A

St. Louis Cardinals third base prospect Nolan Gorman had four hits on Friday. Known more for his power, the 21-year-old banged out three singles and a double. The offensive outburst spiked his season average up to .327 through 15 games. He's been extremely hot recently and has a run of five straight multi-hit games. During that stretch, he's gone 13-for-23 (.565) with two doubles and a homer. Along with an improved hit tool, Gorman is showing more patience and has a 15% walk rate in the first month of the minor league season. If he can sustain this level of success, the young third baseman could soon see a promotion to Triple-A.
