X-Rays Negative On Lance Lynn's Hand

Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn (hand) was hit in the hand by a comebacker during the fourth inning of Thursday's game against the Minnesota Twins. According to White Sox manager Tony LaRussa, you were able to see baseball seams imprinted on Lynn's hand after the incident. Lynn underwent X-rays on his hand and forearm after the game and they came back negative. Lynn was fantastic in the start, earning his fourth win of the year while pitching five innings and allowing just two hits, three walks and one unearned run. He struck out nine. It sounds as if he shouldn't be in jeopardy of missing his next start on Tuesday, which will again be against the Twins.
