Adolis Garcia Extends Hit Streak To Eight Games
4 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia extended his hit streak to eight games on Sunday during the club's 10-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners. The Cuban-born player went 3-for-4 and hit a three-run home run. He drove in five runs to account for half of the club's offense. Garcia's batting average is now up to .297 and his nine home runs have him tied with multiple players for second-most in the majors. He's been extremely hot over the past three games and has gone 7-for-12 with two home runs and a stolen base. He's also struck out just once during that span of time. Garcia is owned in just 57% of Yahoo leagues so now is the time to snap him up before it's too late.
