Darius Bazley Drops Team-High 26 Points in Wednesday's Loss
4 years agoOklahoma City Thunder power forward Darius Bazley had the green light in Wednesday's loss to the Indiana Pacers. Bazley led the team with 25 field goal attempts and eight three-point attempts. He had an extremely inefficient night, going 9-for-25 from the field and 1-for-8 from three, but led the Thunder in scoring with 26 points and provided a decent all-around line with nine boards, two assists and a steal. He also did well at the line, going 7-for-9. Bazley has now scored exactly 26 points in two straight games, but has shot under 37% from the field on both occasions. His usage rate is through the roof and that gives him a ton of fantasy value in and of itself. His next game will be on Friday against the Washington Wizards, who rank near the bottom of the league in scoring defense, allowing 118.1 points per game.
