Travis Shaw Suffers Shin Contusion In Sunday's Game
4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw (shin) was forced to leave Sunday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals after suffering a shin contusion. He went 1-for-2 in the game with a home run, a walk, three RBI and two runs before he was replaced by Daniel Robertson. According to Brewers manager Craig Counsell, Shaw is currently day-to-day with a chance to play in Monday's game against the Chicago Cubs. Shaw is off to a solid start to the year, slashing .308/.357/.577 with two home runs.
