Robby Anderson Reunited With Sam Darnold
4 years agoAfter playing together for two years with the New York Jets, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Robby Anderson and quarterback Sam Darnold will work together again in 2021 after Darnold was traded to Carolina on Monday. Anderson said he and Darnold "had very good chemistry," and he looks forward to rebuilding the trust between Darnold and himself. Anderson had 102 catches for 1,531 yards and 11 touchdowns in 30 games played with Darnold in two years in New York. The wideout has had better seasons without Darnold throwing him the ball, but the two began building more chemistry late in 2019. Anderson, 27, finished with 1,000 yards receiving in his first year in Carolina, and the move to Darnold should be more good news for his fantasy value heading into 2021.
