Julius Randle Scores Team-High 25 Points In Wednesday's Loss
4 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle had a solid offensive showing in the team's 107-89 loss to the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night. Randle shot 11-for-19 from the field and scored a team-high 25 points. He hit three three-pointers and also added seven rebounds and three assists, as well as five turnovers. Randle's having a fantastic year overall and has been particularly good so far in February. Through eight games this month, he's averaging 25 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.8 threes per game while shooting 48.6% from the field. In his previous game before this one, he dropped a season-high 44 points. The Knicks were slated to play the San Antonio Spurs next on Saturday, but that game has been postponed. As it currently stands, the team's next game will be on Sunday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, who have one of the league's worst defenses.
