Denver Nuggets small/power forward Michael Porter Jr. has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest versus the Thunder, but the team is optimistic about having him back for Friday's matchup with Phoenix. Porter has not played since Dec. 29 due to the league's health and safety protocols, having gotten off to a strong start to the new year as a full-time member of the starting five. Porter's return would likely knock Will Barton back to the second unit, who has actually seen a decrease in usage during his time among the starters (17 percent as a starter, 21.9 as a reserve). Fantasy managers can consider Porter questionable for Friday, checking back throughout the week to see if he eventually gets the green light.--Jesse Borek
