Collin Sexton, Darius Garland To Miss Friday’s Game

Cleveland Cavaliers point guards Collin Sexton (ankle) and Darius Garland (shoulder) have both been ruled out for Friday's contest versus the Knicks more than 24 hours prior to tip-off due to respective injuries. Garland's absence will mark his seventh straight game on the sidelines, while Sexton is missing his fifth consecutive outing. Damyean Dotson figures to continue drawing starts at PG, but Cedi Osman will retain some DFS upside due to his passing ability as well. Yogi Ferrell had been filling in as a reserve, but was released following the team's trade acquisitions Wednesday. The next chance that Sexton/Garland have at taking the floor comes Sunday against Washington in a game that is questionable to take place following the Wizards' mini-COVID-19 outbreak.
