Domantas Sabonis Dominates With 20-20 Game
4 years agoIndiana Pacers forward Domantas Sabonis put together a dominant performance in a losing effort to the Suns Saturday night. Sabonis delivered 28 points, 22 rebounds, and four assists in 41 minutes- his eighth double-double in as many games. The 24-year-old became the first Pacers' player since 1996-97 with a 20-20 game through three quarters. While he's bogged down slightly by poor free-throw shooting and turnovers, Sabonis is a stat-sheet stuffer when it comes to points, rebounds, and assists. The big man gets a Monday night matchup with the Kings, who have allowed the third-most points per game in the league.
