Lions Rule Out Tracy Walker, Jamal Agnew
4 years agoThe Detroit Lions will be without starting safety Tracy Walker (foot) and All-Pro kick returner Jamal Agnew (ribs) in Week 9 against the division-rival Vikings. Walker played in every snap last Sunday against the Colts but showed up with a foot injury and didn't practice all week. Some combination of Will Harris and Jayron Kearse could fill Walker's role this weekend. Receivers Marvin Hall and Danny Amendola could replace Agnew as the kick returner against Minnesota. The good news is that Detroit's defense will get back cornerback Desmond Trufant (hamstring), who missed the last three games. Defensive end Trey Flowers was placed on Injured Reserve on Monday. Detroit's defense should be avoided against the Vikings in fantasy.
