Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (calf) is expected to be active on Thursday night against the 49ers, barring any pre-game setbacks, according to a source. The Packers plan to be "careful" with Jones, though, and want to see how he feels before the game first. The 25-year-old is not expected to see a normal workload, which really makes things difficult for fantasy managers. It also makes it more difficult if you plucked Tyler Ervin off the waiver wire and had plans to use him as a deep-league flex. If you roll the dice on either Jones or Ervin on Thursday, just keep in mind that the 49ers Defense has allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position.
