4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers rookie running back JaMycal Hasty flashed some potential in Week 6, rushing for 37 yards on nine carries. With the team's No. 1 back Raheem Mostert (knee) out for Week 7, we could see Hasty's role continue to grow. Jerick McKinnon will be the team's starter in Week 7 against the New England Patriots. McKinnon out-snapped Hasty 23 to 15 in Week 6, but McKinnon gained just 18 yards on his six carries. Still, McKinnon was extremely effective in the previous games that Mostert missed this year. Hasty should see around 10 total touches against a tough Patriots Defense this week, making him an intriguing option as a flex play, especially in deep leagues.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
